Blooming Prep (“Blooming Prep,” “we,” “us”) is an Independent Nursery School with locations at 395 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 (Gowanus) and 168 Montague Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Brooklyn Heights). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through bloomingprep.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form on the Site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, this may include:
- your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code;
- your preferred location and schedule;
- your child’s date of birth or expected due date, and the program you are interested in;
- the content of any message you send us;
- for job applicants: your résumé and the details you provide about your experience and the role and location you are applying for.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. - add you to our Founding Families list and contact you about enrollment, tours and school news, if you signed up;
- review job applications and contact applicants;
- operate, maintain and protect the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our school communications, such as our website host and email provider, and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our families, staff and others.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for parents, guardians and job applicants. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about a child is collected only from a parent or guardian who chooses to provide it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
